9.75 CME Hours (including 1 Hour of Ethics)

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the Texas Medical Association and Texas Neurological Society.  The Texas Medical Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education.

The TMA designates this educational activity for a maximum of 9.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits (tm). Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Ethics: The presentation" Ethics: Coding Headaches Correctly on Friday, July 23 fulfills the one hour of ethics/professional responsibility required for Texas licensure.

Registration
Advanced registration for the meet
ing is important. The deadline for advanced registration is July 9 to ensure participation in social events and meal functions. TNS must recieve notice of cancellation for a refund post marked no later than July 9. A $25 fee will be deducted from the registration fee paid to cover processing charges.  Non-attendance does not constitute notice of cancellation.
